Returns
We will refund all unused items in their original packaging and with labels still attached within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We only accept goods ordered through store.blaser.de. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. We recommend that you use our cancellation form for this purpose.
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you return an item to us, you will be refunded the purchase price.
All returned items will be checked on arrival at our warehouse. If an item arrives in previously worn or damaged condition, or is otherwise in unacceptable condition, it may be refused and we may have to return it to you.
If you would like an item in a different colour or size, please place a new order.
Returns for customers outside Germany
This is how it works:

Go to your account and create a return shipment.
If you don't have an account or you don't want to log in you can use this form:
2)
Print out the Return shipment document and place it inside the package.
3)
Pack the product securely and label this return address:

Stamp the package sufficiently. We recommend insured shipping.
Please note: Returns from outside Germany are at the expense of the sender.
