HAVE YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT DIRECTLY FROM STORE.BLASER.DE WITHIN THE LAST 2 YEARS?
Contact our service department by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (+49 75 626 189 471) and register your complaint. Please state your order number as well as the name in the order, and briefly describe the defect of your product and send pictures if possible.
1. our customer service will then send you a prepaid DHL shipping label via email, which is addressed to our service department.
2. pack your product and the completed return receipt securely in a package and drop it off at a DHL shop of your choice. Please clean your product before returning it to us.
3. our customer service will contact you as soon as our service department has processed your claim.
