Returns

We will refund all unused items in their original packaging and with labels still attached within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
We only accept goods ordered through store.blaser.de. You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. We recommend that you use our cancellation form for this purpose.
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you return an item to us, you will be refunded the purchase price.
All returned items will be checked on arrival at our warehouse. If an item arrives in previously worn or damaged condition, or is otherwise in unacceptable condition, it may be refused and we may have to return it to you.
If you would like an item in a different colour or size, please place a new order.
